We work throughout the Sydney and Blue Mountains areas. Do you assist with the Design and Approvals from Council? Yes, we have our own in house designers who draw up the plans and we submit these to council for approval for you. How can I be sure I will get a quality job from Extend N Build? We hold a NSW Building License (244487C) and are members of the Master Builders Association. Although this is a new company, we have worked in the industry for over 30 years. We provide written customer guarantees for our work and issue guarantees for the product we use. In addition to this we can provide testimonials if you wish. Can I use my own plans that I have already had drawn up? Of course you can! Why waste money on getting a new set of drawings prepared when you have already done the work. We can tailor our process to use your design.
